What a wonderful upgrade!!

We had the same oven for over 20 years. It was small and from 1978. When had to remodel our kitchen due to a water leak at the fridge we started looking to upgrade our 1978 model to a newer one. This oven / air fryer /microwave combo took us from 1978 into the future and made me feel like George Jetson. A touch of a button makes any function easy and amazing!!

I never knew I could love a microwave or oven as much as I do this one. The microwave reheats food to perfection using the preset modes. It even did an amazing job reheating pizza! The fact that the microwave can double as a small oven will be very useful as well when having large family dinners. The oven has done everything Frigidaire promises. The no reheat setting made a quick meal for the grandkids even faster. It does a great job baking items on convection bake as well. I look forward to trying out the ™€œturkey™€ setting on Thanksgiving and the ™€œair sousvide™€. I did purchase the air fryer tray from Frigidaire™€™s website that is sold separately and was not disappointed. It allowed me to easily use the ™€œair fry™€ setting to make perfectly crisp potatoes. I look forward to many years of making fantastic meals for my family with this unit.

- [ ] Aug 14th after 13 and a half weeks (of oven being installed and working properly oven stopped working mid baking at a temp of 375* It was running for less than 20 min.- [ ] Aug 23rd first attempt at the oven repair. They sent one man to repair a wall oven. He took the front of the oven off. Checked everything out then said that he could not get the oven out of the wall by himself. And that he had to order a part. He told me it was the relay board that needed replaced. Then the unfortunate news that it will take 10 days for the part to come in. - [ ] Sep 16th got a call that the part came in damaged and had to order it again and reschedule our appointment. - [ ] Sep 19th Two men came out. 27 days from initial part order. 19 working days. They claim they could not get the oven out of the wall? Later that day husband and young son took oven out with ease. So again had to reschedule another appointment after WE took the oven out of the wall for them. - [ ] Sep 27th took another 8 days for the same two men to come out again. They replaced several parts all parts replaces included at the end. After not being able to figure it out, and calling the tech help desk at Frigidaire they now said that they needed yet another part. Left oven out of the wall claiming they were not allowed to move it or put it back in the wall. Must leave it the way they found it. ( mind you its out of the wall because they claim they couldn™€™t get it out.) - [ ] Oct 16th 20 days / 14 working days later got a call that the part yet again came in damaged and they had to order another one. Part they claimed came in damaged would be the main harness.part 5304530389 .. not sure how wires come in damaged? Must reschedule again. - [ ] Oct 19th same two men come out oven is STILL out of the wall in the middle of the floor. They worked on it for quite a while, then again on the phone with tech support. Now they claim that a fuse that was replaced at the last visit is damaged. So still no working oven. They gave us a case file number and said there is nothing more they can do. We must reach out to Frigidaire again. Or they will be reaching out to us. As of now the oven had worked for 13.5 weeks and has been out of service for 62 days as of Oct 19th - [x] April 7th oven/micro was installed bought around 2/8/2023 but not installed right away kitchen was not ready for it had it held at the store until instal Parts replaced: - [ ] Main board. 5530453096 - [ ] Left head interlock. A23242801 - [ ] Right head assembly. A23243301 - [ ] Main harness 5304530389 - [ ] Fuse on back of unit. 318647300 - [ ] Relay board. 5304530411 - [ ] Relay on back of Micro. A18493801 - [ ] Another fuse they claim is now the problem? - [ ] Oct 26th Got an email stating that our new replacement oven was shipped to the delivery person- [ ] Thurs Nov 9th called Frigidaire to find out where our oven is? Still no oven. Was not he phone and hold for almost an hour. They gave me a number to the delivery/installation co Fereye 319-777-7182. Called them at 5.25 pm same night. They told me they do not have my oven and that they don™€™t even service our area. And that this happened often. Told me to call Frigidaire back? - [ ] Fri Nov10th once again sat on hole for over an hour. ( along with being in a text chat?) they told me that the oven was sent to the delivery place. Same thing that i was told the night before. I asked to speak with management, was denied this. Said they would put it in the request for a call back. This was at 1:30 pm plenty of ti me in the day. I asked for a call back that day! NOTHING!!!! My oven is missing.. Thanksgiving is coming up™€¦ and i have not had my brand new oven since AUGUST 14TH! - [ ] Monday Nov 13th.. got a generic email stating that my oven has been shipped to the delivery/installation? ( still no contract with management)and this is the same email i got back on Oce 26th? - [ ] 11-15-2023 9:04am Jose finally picked up at 9:11am. 9:25 Jose said we are slated to have instal on the 27th. I told him that was unacceptable since i have been without my oven since Aug 14th and that is after thanksgiving. They need to come up with something better. 9:40 he gave me the number for the delivery company which their mailbox is full and cannot take messages or answer the phone. Once again asked fro speak with management. The new delivery company is EDCNAL and their number is 609-699-7043. When i told Jose that its not right for the customers to have to spend all this time on the phone making calls and finding out where our product is he also called the delivery co to also find out that the mailbox is full no one to answer calls. he suggested just waiting???? And let another 2 weeks go by until the tentative scheduled delivery. which i only know about because he said that is whats in the file. No one from anywhere has even contacted me. Jose just got back on the line and told me the delivery placed changed again after i asked him to check and make sure they service our area. New company is CRST 833-491-2713 No less than 4 times on this call i have asked to speak with management .. every time i get the run around. Finally at 10:10am i was being transferred, however jose said they are not going to tell me anything different than what he has told me. - [ ] 10:00 am a manager Joseph picked up.. put me on hold to read the file - [ ] So mr manager Joseph said there is nothing that can be done.. just sit and wait for the delivery company.. i have been sitting and waiting for a working oven since Aug 14th. We spent almost 10,000 on appliances

I had this unit installed two weeks ago and after using the microwave once or twice a day it suddenly quit working. Very disappointed. Now I™€™m waiting to have someone come to look at it and hopefully find the problem.

After much research, we chose this to replace a very troublesome Wirlpool model that came with the house ... it was only 6 years old but I had tried multiple repairs which proved to be a waste. We have been using this much more often that we did the old one because it has so many useful features, including the "air fry" oven option. The oven has proved flawless. My wife bakes deserts and the like while I do nearly all the meal preparation. The temperature was always stable and accurate. Preheat is quite rapid. My wife is very pleased with her baking results, especially compared to the problem-prone original. The delivery team were excellent and positioned my new oven up on and installation rack that I had built. Installation was easy for me due to my prior experience. Bottom line is that we couldn't be happier with our choice. A surprise benefit ... this oven is SO quiet!

Worst Purcahse Ever

Purchased the unit new in January 2023 and already by the Summer of 2023 we began to have issues with it. The microwave on the unit would intermittently not work and we would need to turn the unit on/off several times before it would actually heat something. Had a repair tech come out to fix it and within days of that visit it began doing the same thing and then the unit stopped having power entirely. We will be on our 5th service call and at the time of this writing it is still not working.

We had a working unit for one day when we noticed the microwave was only heating about every other use. By day two it stopped heating all together. Still waiting for a replacement unit so we have a working microwave again!

So far we have used our new microwave/oven combo for a few weeks and we love it. The oven cooks evenly and has so many cooking options available. I thought I wouldn™€™t like having the microwave door open from the top, but we don™€™t even notice. Great appliance, just wish the price wasn™€™t so high.

I am loving this oven! Meals cook much quicker then with my old oven. It heats up quickly. The beep is loud, you can turn it down or off in the menu. I love the air frier setting ??

Nice upgrade of oven and microwave combination with digital interface to operate. Easy to use. Still, I have many features to go to use. This oven and microwave combination replaced my old double oven. Now, this appliance is three in one oven, microwave and air fryer. Plus, this oven has less height than my double oven so I have extra space in cabinet.

The enclosure diagram sent to us to make sure the oven fit, didn't give correct measurements. The electrical cable was too short to make the connection for the drop in unit. After some reconstruction of the cabinet and added support (unit very heavy), the Oven Combo is a gorgeous unit and works beautifully. This unit is an excellent choice.

I am pleased with my oven/microwave combination. It seems to do a great job. The only thing I am disappointed in in is that the air fry rack should have been included at the price I paid. It has to be ordered separately.

This stove replaced my old frigidaire flattop electric stove that just needed a new oven door. This stove is a downgrade unfortunately. It is a steam clean rather than self cleaning (my preference), no convection oven. Flattop is much more difficult to clean (ive no idea why); only one front burner with size choice. That said, I still prefer Frigidaire appliances over any other brand.

I had to replace a Whirlpool that the computer board went out on. After looking at all of the new features that the Frigidaire offered it was easier to spend the money on a replacement oven. I have tried to use every oven mode but after a month of cooking I still have not been able to since there are some many. Outside of all the oven modes the basic operations of the oven and microwave are a definite improvement over the Whirlpool.

Our new oven works well. The menus are easy to use and very responsive. Nice appearance and easy to clean. More condensed than the microwave and oven separately, and the convection in the microwave is useful.The beeping sound at the end of the microwave time is really annoying to my wife. But turning down the volume means the timer and other alerts are turned down as well. Too bad they do not have remote updates to the firmware so they could address issues like this after shipment.

I'm short. This went in the space from my old GE Profile unit, so this needs a filler for the gap. I really do like it, but I still don't know who decided to make the microwave open like an oven..... I can't clean the back without getting on a chair and have knocked a bowl out of my hand opening the door. It does heat up food fast, is easily adjustable and looks great.

I would love to give this a higher rating but I can™€™t. We purchased our new house on April 15, 2022 and thought we were getting an upgrade to the oven/microwave combo, our builder usually uses Whirlpool appliances but the oven / microwave combo was not available in the Whirlpool, so they said they would give us an upgrade to this Frigidaire model with a bunch of bells and whistles. The second day we used the oven and microwave at the same time, it shut down, the panel was blank no power, the circuit breaker in the electrical panel for the oven was not tripped, they sent out an electrician to check it out and when he shut off the power and turned it back on, the power on the panel came back on, so he told us that if ut happened again, to just turn off the breaker, wait for a few seconds and turn it back on. Well it happens about every time we use both the oven and microwave at the same time, then we have to go down and turn the breaker off and back on to get the unit to turn back on. I like the options that this model comes with, but not if we have to go through all this to get it to work.

What a HUGE mistake!

Oven combo looks great but I ordered April 2nd but did not get until August. Calls every 2 weeks to Frigidaire and Appliance Connection were fruitless and a waste off time. During this time, Frigidaire stopped making a trim for the oven that was necessary to give it a nice finished look. It should have been a sign. Oven arrived and interior racks did not fit in the oven that it came with. It took multiple oven 'bakings' to be able to fit the racks properly. Another sign. Now after only 4 months of use (and not every day), both oven and microwave are broken and I'm having to jump through hoops to get warranty honored. Waited over 4 months without a stove for one and now over a week without one again because the one I should have cancelled in early summer.... Don't do it! Be smarter than me!

We love smudge proof, size, quick pre heat and accurate microwave. Oven seems to be great. Used convection oven for first time never had one before and have no complaints (we don't know the difference but that's on is) haven used air fryer yet but looking forward to it

Works great! Black stainless steal is sleek looking. Love the wall oven idea as opposed to cooking over top the oven. Cooks more evenly than our previous oven. The pullout/retractable gray is nice!

Installation difficult due to weight and power wiring a little short. Four extra screws included that do not seem to be needed? Installed myself with temporary cart on a four-wheel dolly and help from two strong neighbors. Packaging was very good.

We like our new oven/microwave combo. Clean looks too. The touch panel is easy to use; the menu system offers several settings options. The touch panel can be a little sluggish at times, so be patient. Oven cooks even. Operation of fans (convection mode) is quiet.
