Purchased both washer and dryer. Dryer did not work out of the box, manufacture took over 2 months to repair. Every call was thru call center in India, and they did not care at all. We paid top price for a reconditioned appliance now that it has been repaired. Would never purchase again, nor recommend.

Hello- I was very excited to finally be able to purchase an Electrolux washer and dryer. Sadly, we™€™ve had the dryer for 2 months and it™€™s already broken. There is a loud clunking sound when it operates and it is taking upwards of 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. The clothes are always wrinkled and now smell like mildew because they™€™re still slightly damp when they are ™€œdry.™€We are currently going in circles with Home Depot about how to address this problem since you cannot return appliances after 3 days.

I™€™ve got two 1 inch by 3 inch black marks on the top left side next to the top panel of the dryer. The marks cannot be removed and are imbedded in the titanium gray finish. This should have been discovered prior to crating for shippinh

This is the best dryer I have ever had. I purchased a different name washer and dryer and I used it once and returned it. It did not heat up to dry the cloths. I was pleasantly surprised when I had this up and running and did a load of laundry and it was completely dry in less than 15 mins. . Love the quality of this machine. I will never buy a different name again.

Great Dryer

This replaced a ~25yo Maytag Neptune drier that was actually still working but we replaced the washer so the dryer got replaced too. Happy to have the extra capacity and the steam option! Dryer works great on the auto-dry option which is what we use 99% of the time. I just need to flip the door at some point to fit our space better. Highly recommended!

I purchased this dryer (slightly earlier model) in November of 2021. It has been a NIGHTMARE. From day one, the dryer did not work properly. It takes 2-3 hours to dry a load. I contacted the store we purchased it from by email, they sent someone out, who told me to clean my ducts. This made no sense because our previous dryer was able to dry a load in 45 minutes. But we paid to have someone clean our ducts. Still, the dryer took 2-3 hours to dry a load. I have now been dealing with Electrolux customer service, who has sent repairmen out FIVE times. Each time, I have to clear my schedule and take time off work. Today, the repairman left and suddenly my dryer isn't working AT ALL! The wasted time, money (on gas bills for doing triple loads, and on my "duct cleaning" job), energy, lost wages, and pain this company is putting me through is unbelievable. Worst experience with a product in my life.

We just replaced our Samsung front loader with this Electrolux. What a sensational difference this has made. The Samsung would wad our laundry into balls, would take more time than necessary to dry and had to go. Our new Electrolux is a dream, it dries fast, well, is feature packed and is designed and engineered well so that your laundry is not wadded or wrinkled like crazy. What a great machine. We stack ours, the controls are a touch high but worth the effort. We love this so much we ordered a second dryer... it's amazing. The only way Electrolux could make this stacking unit better would be to have a stacking dryer with controls on the bottom...maybe in the future. For now, we're very happy with our new time savers.

We purchased the gas dryer and it™€™s amazing, does everything you want a dryer to do. The machine itself is quiet and efficient, clothes come out feeling soft and dry. The lint catcher is larger than others, it™€™s design allows more lint to collect and less worry of lint collecting in the vents. Our dryer runs daily with 5 teens in the house with no issues. Great purchase!

It has so many options and I really like the steam option where you can take something wrinkled out of the closet and steam it or a tablecloth for the holidays and steam it and it™€™s not covered in obvious wrinkles. The thing I don™€™t care for is that the clothes are all pushed up against the door when dry and I go to open it and they want to come out. I had a previous front loader washer and dryer before that didn™€™t do that so it caught me off guard.

Overall I am pleased with the performance of this dryer. I dries cloths evenly and detects precisely how long and what heat is required to dry. Clothes are in good shape when finished. I do have one minor issue. The design allows for a small buildup of lint in the door seal that I must periodically clean in addition to the lint trap bit this os minor.

After 2 weeks, Not working!

Was looking forward to my brand new washer and dryer. Used dryer 6 times. All of a sudden I hear a super loud noise and it shuts off and won't work at all. Most disappointing is the time it takes for an Electrolux service tech to come out to fix it. One of us has to either take a day off in order to accommodate the technician's schedule, or else wait weeks until they have a time we can be here, which by the way is 3:30 p.m. on. However, the times I did use the dryer, it worked great -- until it didn't. :(
