After about a month of use I am happy that I made this purchase. These machines are not only quiet and efficient but do a great job of cleaning my ten year olds smelly and sweaty clothes. Installation was seamless though I did not do it myself watching the delivery guys do the install I was amazed at how seamless the process was. Absolutely worth the price. We bought the matching washer and dryer about a month ago. This is our second LG front load washer had to leave old one when we moved but this is our first LG dryer. I am very pleased with it so far Took a little bit of playing with the settings to figure out which ones worked best but overall things dry nicely. Luckily the door can be flipped so it would open on the opposite side... only issue so far was that one of the screws got inserted at the factory so it cross thread and it broke off when we tried to remove. Otherwise I am VERY happy with the dryer so far

Washer not stopping on spin cycle

My washer has been giving problems like 2 to 3 hours on whatever cycle I choose unless I opted for quick wash which is 20 minutes supposedly but it does not stop when its on spin cycle its still gets to an hour plus cycle unless I manually stop the machine and still the clothes are still really wet to the touch. It took a couple of trips for the technician to figure out what was wrong which was the entire control panel needs to be replaced. Thank God its finally fix. That was a 3 long weeks to not have a washer. Alex the technician is really good and patient.

Just using this for the first time so not much to go on but just realized that it does not have a light inside It has wifi but no light? Even cheapo dryers have a light. I can barely see anything inside the dryer. It may be a great dryer overall and I will update this review after having some time with it but the lack of a light is very disappointing.

The dryer stopped heating after 3 weeks of use. It need a new control board. Obviously Covered under warranty but still a big inconvenience and waste of my time. Spent over an hour on the phone with LG then needed 2 appointments to get my dryer to dry clothes again. Not to mention taking my laundry elsewhere to dry while I waited a week for the issue to be resolved. Not what I was expecting from a brand new dryer

I like the dryer a lot. My only problem is that the sensor leaves the clothes damper than I think they should be. On the NORMAL setting the dryer doesnt heat up enough in my opinion and takes much longer to dry that it should.
