First time owner of an LG product of any kind. Purchased a washer/dryer pair for a new house because the brand was consistently rated high or highest in a national consumer testing magazine. Not a fan of the ThinQ. Have no interest in operating my dryer with an app. Three months in and unit is quiet efficient and fast drying. Time will tell but very pleased so far.

Quality may be there but to keep untangling the clothes is frustrating. In my opinion there must better maybe cheaper dryers out there without this annoying hassle.

I have not received the item It was scheduled for delivery 11/18 and this is 11/27. Nobody can tell me anything not LG not the delivery agent. I get a different story every time I call. I can hardly understand any of your agents which doesnt help.

LINT collects on dryer door instead of in trap

The DRYER DOOR gasket is FLAWED. Lint collects on bottom rim of door seal and the actual bottom rim of dryer itself. This problem apparently has been noticed for several YEARS in other LG dryer models. WHAT the HECK??? Someone on one of the sites purchased weatherstrip seal to put around the rim. THIS is ridiculous. I would like LG to fix this dryer seal problem. Apparantly a gap between the drum and dryer door. LG can you fix this for me???????/ This wont let me upload images

Ordered this Model thru Best Buy about 3 weeks go and have found that it is very efficient in drying even Large loads effectively such that clothes come out feeling soft and easy to fold with few creases. Wish we had ordered the Corresponding Washer that goes with the dryer.
