I have had this unit for 2.5 years and in the last half year it has started to leave rust marks on all my laundry costing us $1000s in ruined clothing. Have spent over $800 to diagnose and repair the unit with no luck e.g. replacing thermostat replacing vent cleaning all parts cleaning-out exhaust vent. LG wanted $400 just come look at the dryer and diagnose it. Dont buy this product. Worst vendor support and dryer

Where is my order???

I wish I could review the products I purchased. However they were NOT delivered on the day and time as promised. When I placed my order for the washer and dryer I was provided with a delivery date. I planned my life around it to be available to accept delivery. I received a text just before scheduled delivery time to say that they would have to reschedule but that they could not provide a future date. And because it was after business hours there was no-one I could speak with. I understand that things change and nobody knows what anyone else is going through. I left a devastated family funeral to be home to accept delivery. In this modern day and age there is absolutely NO excuse for such a lack of consideration of my time. I expect much MUCH more from such a distinguished and respected company such as LG.

We want thank Silica Fond Du Lac for our new LG washer and dryer Purchased December 15th 2023. These 2 products are awesome. Installation teams were very professional and courteous. Answered questions I had as well and showed me as well. We want to thank Brian the salesman who sold us the pair of LG components as well. We didnt go in looking to buy them but did buy them that day. His knowledge of the products was very impressive. He answered all questions with sincere enthusiasm help and understanding. His and our phone calls after were prompt courteous and professional. No long waits for replies. My 16 year old dryer went out and I had no idea what I wanted. I took my chance on this model and I have not regretted buying this dryer. Large capacity and its has a steamer option which I didnt know it has until was installed. It also has wifi to get notification when your clothes are dry to letting you know you have to clean the lint trap. I love all the different options it has for drying and lets you customize them too. Beat of all its quiet. I do wish the inside light would come on when the door is opened. The dryer has to be on in order for the light to come on. This would help when the cycle is done and you are able to make sure that everything is out. Now Im waiting for my washer to go out to get the matching one.

We recently replaced our 20 year old top load washer and dryer set with this dryer and its matching washer counterpart and we couldnt be happier. LG makes great appliances. Love the details all the way down to the easy to access and clean lint trap. A solid unit with a nice variety of cycle types to choose from based on what you are drying.
