I hate to write a review not related to the product but cant get any response from LG Customer Service. Have had delivery scheduled and confirmed twice first time no show second time 1 of 2 appliances only delivered. No update on what has happened to remaining appliance. Would love to address this with customer service but they have failed to respond to my email requests.

LG lied directly to my face. They said I should have confirmed that they offer haul away service for this fridge model. When I ordered it it said haul away was an option. Still to this day it says they do. LG- why did you email me today 2 weeks after I reached out to you with my concerns to lie to me and tell me you do not offer haul away service for this fridge. The icemaker fan motor failed one week after the warranty expired of course. I called LG hoping theyd stand behind their product to no avail. I will never buy another LG product nor will I ever recommend LG products to anyone.

Actually Id give it a 5 star except for one thing. On rare occasion the ice machine clods up if you dont use it often. Otherwise I love the fridge. I like how you can rearrange the shelves for your needs whenever you want. I also like the bottom freezer because I can organize it better than a side by side and I really like the fact that I can empty the ice-maker and use the one compartment in the freezer for extra ice if I want too.

I am a big fan of LG everything i own is Lg. This particular refrigerator not quite as happy with it as I have been other LG products. I think there has to be a better way to open bottom little draw in refrigerator without having to open both French doors that is awkward. The freezer need another pull out drawer not deep and take away the big bottom tubs

Bought this in Jan. 2024 and the freezer fan stopped working before the end of May 2024. Been out of service for 3 weeks now and still dont have a firm date on when it will be back up and running. Worked well and ran quietly until fan went out.

Beautiful appliance

Let me start by saying what a beautiful appliance this is the ice and water functions on the door are seamlessly integrated. It keeps my food cold and is very roomy. I do wish there was a butter compartment on the door I miss the one my old fridge had. Also if you need a bunch of ice this is not your refrigerator. Definitely get the one with dual ice makers. The doors have to be able to open totally to have full use of the deli drawer so if thats a problem measure carefully. Overall I am very happy with my purchase I did tons of research and for me this was the best bang for my buck.

I have had it for about 2 months its great. Beautiful spacious I love the display. Water and is maker perfect. The only thing it we have an open concern house and it makes these grinding noises throughout the day at time. I am not sure if it is normal

Love the new refrigerator but the ice maker in the door could be better. If you dont use the ice regularly the ice will freeze and stick and you will have a hard time getting the box out of the refrigerator to empty it. You have to dispense some in a glass to loosen it before you can take and empty the ice ou.

I have had this for about a month. It is beautiful. Lots of room. Love the display on the door. My problems are it makes a slight grounding noise periodically and I have tried many times to connect it to my Wi-Fi and it says not able to join. Dont know what to do.

I bought this 4 weeks ago and the 1st first refrigerator delivered was defective. The 2nd second refrigerator delivered was missing the lower ice maker. Told I would receive confirmation from LG regarding delivery date of the ice maker within 24-48 hours but never received. That was over 10 days ago. Called 2 two days ago LG would follow up with me. Still havent heard anything

We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and have traveled some so we are just now getting used to it. The right door does n not self close in both the inside and on the door water dispenser are very dim which j is disappointing. It could well but the customer interface features on this model are dissatisfaction.
