Disappointed second fridge is still not cooling

We like the design but we had two different ones delivered and neither can get the fridge compartment to cool down correctly even at the lowest temp setting. With a so-called 5-degree variance possible the temperature range of 33 to 43 degrees is a very poor design. The range should be something like 28 degrees to 45 degrees to accommodate the possible variance since fridges should be kept between 33 and 40 degrees. Very disappointing.

finally got the refigerator home up nd running. the front of the refrigerator has zero none sttel with it you cannot stick anything magnet wise to it it lt also scatches eaisly and can bee seen at different angles. the protective film that was installed were the handles goes is peeling off. very poor exterior quality for such a high price. the reset of the refigerator I would give 5 stars so far but front of exterior I would actually give a 3 star rating just poor very poor quality and craftsmanship of assembly definitely done without concern of quality. rushed job to cut corners perhaps.

Our refrigerator died unexpectedly late on a Sunday evening. Neighbors volunteered to store some contents. Then it was find a new unit. This unit was almost the same size as the old unit but the shelving and storage are better arranged. The ice maker is excellent. The delivery men were efficient and careful. The unit is quieter and isnt lit up like a christmas tree. Freezer space and shelves are very efficient for storing item. Looking for a replacement this is well worth considering.

We love the design. Having the ice in the freezer and a low-profile water dispenser allows for a ton of space in the refrigerator. You can lock the water dispenser so if it is bumped or you have kids that like to play with it you wont get a mess on your floor.

If youre looking for a refrigerator with a lot of room for storage this is the one it does not have the convenience of ice in the door but it does have water and a ice maker in the freezer but then the ice maker in the door takes up space in the refrigerator so you dont have that problem.. easy adjustable doors to level them out if you do a lot of baking I need that refrigerator space you cannot go wrong with this one

I shopped for a black stainless refrigerator that was large enough for my family and included a filtered water dispenser but not an external ice dispenser I have had them in the past and hate them. Very difficult to find until I came across this LG refrigerator. Plenty of interior refrigeration space without losing storage to a bulky ice maker. Its quiet spacious and exactly what I was hoping for.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and my family and I absolutely love it. The capacity is incredible with enough room to store virtually anything a family of 6 would ever need to.
The ice maker has a high capacity and the water cooler makes comes out quickly and chilled to the perfect temp. It is well lit inside and out even a light to see the water maker if you get up in the middle of the night for a drink. Out vote is a 12 out of 10 on this. Absolutely love it.

After a fiasco with our 5 month old Samsung refrigerator where they sent us a check and left us with a faulty appliance I was a bit apprehensive as to how this would function. We were thinking the in door water also included ice so I thought my fears were being realized... However now that we are about a month into it we are pleased with it. I bought this refriderator two month ago and love it I wanted only a water dispenser on the door and an ice maker in the freezer which is hard to find so this model was exactly what I needed. I did a great deal of internet searching and read many consumer reviews which were more confusing tha helpful and often misleading about product reliability so when I saw the slim design of the chilled half gallon water only dispenser on the door I relied on my past experience with LG products and ordered this french door model and Im so glad I did. The chilled water disenser easily accomodates large sports bottles and pitchers. The adjustable shelves are another great feature and the sliding door in the freezer is very convenient. It is very quiet and the black stainless looks beautiful Buy it

I purchased this LG refrigerator because I wanted water through the door but did not want ice through the door thereby eliminating the second ice maker. It also had the advantage of being 29 cubic feet in size but not much larger dimensionally than any other refrigerator. It has a single inverter linear compressor a single evaporator and a single ice maker which makes the refrigerator less complex and hopefully more reliable. I like the large 64oz cold water reservoir nice bonus. There appears to be a lot of controversy around the inverter linear compressor but theoretically it should last longer be quieter and use less electricity time will tell if the compressor lasts. I purchased the black stainless steel to coordinate with the gloss black appliances that I already have and it worked. It seems its hard to get gloss black appliances anymore. I cant speak to longevity yet because I only had the refrigerator less than a week. Will update as time goes by.
