We bought this during the heat of the summer and it has done great keeping up Has worked great Very impressed and was simple to set up. Havent tried the heater yet but we will soon as winter hits Im sure it will do great just like the A/C

Bought 3 weeks ago. Seems to be working well. Its a little noisy and takes about an hour to cool the space. Time will tell how reliable it will be over time.

AC will not stay in more than 20 min

I bought this from Home Depot 22 months ago the heat works just fine but the AC will not stay on for more than 20 min and then it trips and I get the overheating error code. I have called LG many times and they have recommended several repair people but NONE of them will come service this HEAVY Unit at my building. Because its out of warranty I have been told there is really no help solving this..sad I now have a $800 paper weight.
