Love my LG Studio Washer/Dryer

Ive had the Studio Tower for about 1 month now and couldnt be happier. We do lots of laundry at our house but our laundry area is small. This washer/dryer tower fits perfectly in the space and even gave me room for a folding table and a cabinet. The machine itself is very stylish washes and dries much quicker than our other machine which was only 5 years old. I dont like to say this about an appliance but -so far I will say I love this machine

Poor customer service

They did not hook up the dryer they brought a cord that was too short. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to return. They self-canceled the appointment. I cannot get any help through LG or the installer. Still not hooked up and the only response from LG was to transfer me to the installer company. They responded they would send a email to the local delivery company. Going to return it due to horrible customer service.

What a set of Machines

Absolutely horrible and pointless customer service

Waited a month got my delivery rescheduled twice. Their delivery company LX Pantos has absolutely no way of contacting them. The day of the rescheduled delivery I was never notified of a window so I called LG and they said the my order was cancelled by the delivery service. Throughout this entire experience I was told by multiple customer service reps that my issues were being escalated and I would be contacted within 48 hours by someone who could help me and I never heard back from anyone. 4 different attempts over the course of a month to receive literally any help. Not that this is relevant but I am 8 months pregnant and buying a new washer dryer should not have been this time and energy consuming. Absolutely horrible customer service from a billion dollar company.

Prepare to iron all your clothes

Be prepared to iron almost all of your clothes What a nightmare I dont know why the clothes come out so wrinkled. Ive tried large loads small loads different cycles nothing helps. Dont even think about washing gym clothes. they need complete ironing.. My only guess its the low water use. Because the device uses so little water your clothes come out a wrinkled mess. LGs app for the product has more ads then it does product features. LG needs a downloadable cycle that uses more water. Also for such a big wash drum if you put to much in it the vibration sensor VS error appears on the machine and it simply stops running-happens to me all the time when I wash towels. Finally 2+ thousand dollars for this system and LG gives you one 1 year of warranty.... insert crazed faced emoji here

Best washer/dryer ever

I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago after several two rounds of faulty washers from a different place. This thing is AMAZING When I say it has space I mean it. Ive been able to wash pillows blankets and clothes and add or remove washing/drying settings via the app. Not to mention that I can start and stop the unit from the app? Mind blowing Its definitely a purchase I dont regret.

I purchased a Studio Washtower. When it was first installed I connected it to WiFi and had no problems. The equipment performed as expected. One day I received a notification that new wash programs were available to download. Unfortunately I had another appointment and decided I would perform the update when I had the time. Later that day I opened the app on my phone and there was no connection to the Washtower. I restarted my phone no connection. I turned off the circuit breaker to the Washtower and turned it back on no connection. I went through the setup process again. It would not connect. I contact the appliance dealer they admitted that they had little experience with this situation and suggested I contact LG Support. I contacted them on X and went through a lengthy chat session following their instructions didnt work. I contacted the dealer who said that LG will not send out a technician unless I complete and phone call step by step troubleshooting with LG Support. I did that twice. Didnt work. The dealer said they would send a tech out. They did but unfortunately they were correct they dont have enough experience with these. LG then set a technician out not a lot of confidence as the technician was downloading the owners manual on his phone. So guess what it still doesnt work. I have attempted to reconnect the unit dozens of times now. I am absolutely frustrated. At least the Washtower works as a washer and dryer but I paid for the other features too

I found out there is video published by LG on how to take the Washtower apart for delivery purposes. I guess authorized sellers wouldnt be willing to accommodate me with that option so I had to return the product/cancel delivery tight space up u-shaped stairs. The stand alone LG washer/dryers dont have the same kind of good reviews that the Washtower hash3ll the other brand I ended up having to buy doesnt either. This sucks and its not even my fault :
